What Is Human Design?

Human Design is a system that creates a map of a person's unique energetic makeup by overlaying different ancient ‘spiritual’ systems. This helps us align your business model to the energy fields that create our reality.

Human Design shows the mechanics of our unique energy when we are by ourselves, and when we work with others. Read on to learn how human design can be incorporated into Revenue Polaris (but not required).

  • Revenue Polaris includes universal laws of creation into our business strategies by incorporating human design throughout the revenue operations planning.

    Human Design is based on the I-Ching, which matches the energies of the Earth, the stars, and even our DNA. The I-Ching is a system that is traditionally regarded as the original source of all Chinese wisdom. It was how the ancient Chinese created strategies for war.

    Human Design is an experientially verified system. When its power is included in your business plans, you are set up for the greatest success.

  • You might have all the right people on your team, but are they in the right roles doing the right activities? Optimize your processes to match the energy of your team members rather than trying to hire perfect humans for specific roles.

    We'll interview each member of your team to understand how they are currently participating in the existing process. Optionally, we can also run their human design so they can understand each other professionally and uncover their uniqueness.

    Then we determine what parts of their job they thrive at and what parts could be potentially moved to another person or AI tool better suited for those responsibilities.

    This research will streamline your business model to be more aligned with the uniqueness of each individual. Results typically include better communication, faster production, happier teams, and the best optimization wins for your revenue.

  • In the Gap Analysis, we will look at your business revenue cycle in relation to the universe creation lifecycle:

    • Initiation / Product development. This is informing how your product/service has been built up to this point. We’ll look at your unique value proposition, goals, resources, alliances, tools, processes, etc.

    • Planning / Branding. This is recognizing how your brand and messaging are being perceived by your current audiences.

    • Growth / Marketing. This is acknowledging the response to your current marketing initiatives: KPIs, performance, processes, competition, website, online and offline campaigns, assets, lead database, etc.

    • Building / Sales. This is understanding how your current sales engine is working: goals, comp structure, performance, product analysis, processes, issues, trends, tools, and messaging

    • Feedback Loop / Customer service. This is shining a mirror on your fulfillment team and customer service team: success metrics, procedures, tools, NPS, issues, analytics, reporting, product development informing, etc.

    From that research, we will determine the best opportunity for revenue improvement and the big-picture view of the overall game plan we’d like to achieve, with phases of execution.

    From there we’ll break down the top initiatives to develop in stints with an eye for continuous improvement.

  • When the buyer persona and messaging development is started, we will incorporate your energetic keynotes pulled from your human design analysis that will represent your true nature into your messaging.

    The messaging will also speak to their unique needs and desires throughout their interaction with your company.

    This process gives the audience who is engaging with your content an understanding of your authentic self, which helps them to self select and move them down the funnel quickly.

  • We can develop campaigns for your target audience at all stages of their buying discovery that match the I-Ching hexagram frequencies:

    • Instinctual/short-term decisions = blogs, social, automation, gifting, commercials, events, ads, chatbots, specials, subscriptions, instant bookings.
